Luckster, an online casino gaming company, is the latest entrant into the UK sports gambling market. The Luckster betting platform is a member of the Aspire Global conglomerate of gambling companies, including Luckland, Mr Play, Plaza Royal, Regent Play, Jackie Jackpot and Queen play, owned and operated by MarketPlay Ltd.

Their sports betting platform opened its site for UK punters in February 2022 and holds a license from the UK Gambling Commission. The Malta Gambling Authority also licenses it for international players.

Luckster’s casino site has been operational for a while now, but we’ll focus on their recently launched sportsbook betting section for this review.

Betting Markets

Luckster Odds

Luckster does not guarantee the best odds in the market, but the odds seemed quite competitive during our review. For instance, we looked at the favourite to win the EPL title this season; Luckster offered odds of 1.48 to the most likely winner compared to the overall popular odds of 1.44. The highest any bookie could offer was 1.55. 

Luckster displays market odds in the three popular formats — decimal fractional and American format. 

Bonus and Promotions

Luckster offers new punters an extra incentive to join the bookmaker through a welcome bonus. You can earn £20 easily by simply making a deposit and a wager of £30.

However, this welcome bonus has a few conditions. Here’s a quick explainer of these terms and conditions:

• New users to the platform are required to register their accounts and make a deposit of at least £30. We noted that deposits made using e-wallets such as PayPal, Paysafecard, Neteller, and Skrill do not qualify you for this offer. 
• After making a qualifying deposit, new users must place a wager totalling £30, either through a single bet or by spreading it across multiple bets. The qualifying bet should have odds of over 2.0. 
• Once the event is settled, you will get a bonus bet of £20 with a validity of 14-days.
• You will only use the free bet on markets with minimum odds of 1.80, and should you win, the value of the free bet will not be returned. 
• The free bet token must be used on a single bet slip and should not be used in conjunction with other bonus tokens. 

The good news is that you can withdraw your free bet winnings immediately because there are no wagering requirements.

As of this writing, only new users qualify for the free bet token. However, existing users can also get a boost of up to 77% on Acca bets. This accumulator boost starts at 4% for folds and increases to 77% for 15 folds. 

Cash-out

Cash-out was introduced to give punters some control over their bets. Luckster’s cash-out feature lets you choose how and when to settle your bets. You can take your winnings before the bet settles at the most opportunistic moment. Even better, you can use it for both single and combo bets and bets placed on in-play events.

Limits on Luckster

Like most other betting sites, betting on Luckster has some limits. For instance, the lowest deposit amount is set at £10, which is also the same for withdrawal. However, you can make a wager of as low as £0.10 — this is lower than the industry average of £1.00.

Luckster has also capped the highest winnings from any bet slip at £90,000. Therefore, ensure your odds do not give possible wins above this figure since the exceeding amount shall be forfeited in case of a winning slip.

Live streaming and In-play betting

If you prefer to follow live action when betting, you'll be disappointed to learn that Luckster does not have the live streaming feature. However, it has a live betting option.
