Deposit Failed but Money Deducted

If your deposit failed but the money has been deducted, we recommend contacting the Stake's customer support immediately. If it was a failed INR deposit via UPI, prepare a screenshot of your banking app that shows the details below:

• Timestamp
• Deposit amount
• Transaction ID

For a failed crypto deposit, you will need to provide the following details:

• Timestamp
• Deposit amount
• Recipient's wallet address
• Transaction ID

Pending Deposit

When your deposit is pending at Stake, this means the deposit transaction has been initiated but not yet completed. The duration of a pending deposit can vary:

1. Cryptocurrency deposits usually take 10-30 minutes but can extend to a few hours during network congestion.
2. Bank transfers are generally processed within 24 hours, though first-time transfers may be held for up to 24 hours by the bank.

If your deposit is pending over 24 hours, contact their customer support with deposit details, preferably with a screenshot of your wallet or banking app.

Incorrect Transaction ID

When making a bank transfer, always include the correct Transaction ID in the "Name of the request" field. If you forgot to do this:

• Contact Stake support with proof of your deposit.
• Provide all relevant transaction details as mentioned above.

Third-Party Account Transfers

Stake only accepts deposits from accounts in your name. If you used someone else's account:

• The deposit may be rejected or delayed.
• Contact Stake support with the payment proof and personal information of the account holder.

• Some cryptocurrencies require a fee for transaction processing. If your fee is too low, the transaction may take longer.
• Double-check that you've sent your crypto to the correct wallet address and included any necessary tags or identifiers.
