After a long wait, today the Board of Control for Cricket in India finally released the schedule for the first two weeks of the 2024 IPL.
After a lot of speculation and anticipation, we can now say that the Indian Premier League 2024 season will be commencing from 22nd of March. During the first two weeks of match play, the teams will play a minimum of three matches and a maximum of five. The matches will span 10 different cities and 17 days.
The IPL is scheduled to begin the 22nd of March with a match between the defending champion Chennai Super Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore in MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.
