Bank account not verified problem

The game name is crazy time,

I bet the 100 or 150 on cash hunt then wheel landed on cash hunt which was with 3x then I put the shooter on upper line 2rd one which was 150x then I dint received winning amount suddenly I refresh the screen still it was missing but betted funds got returned. Date is 1 Aug 2023 and time was 9:36 to 9:40 pm .

From last 2 days they are still on investigation im worry of getting winning funds.no one can take legal action if your winning funds are not credited by them .this is totally disgusting.

Withdrawal issu and verification problem.... Specially kyc problem

I deposited 1500 INR and got 750 as a bonus amount total amount was 2250 INR then I played game here and made it 9750. After that withdrawn is not possible due to 35x rollover. Then I forfit bonus but they take all my amount.and my account become nil. As per bonus policy the cleared amount should be only 2250 not winnings . But they took all amount. Second thing is that when I made some profit then end bank transfer process, and took all money. 2 times I trapped here guys it is scammed site don't play here only harrasment here.

They are scammers. When you request withdrawal they will ask for verification. But they never approve of your documents no matter what you send

Worst website took 5 days to verify the account.. For my withdrawal they are keep making me wait don't play on this website

Its practically a scam .. they don't allow my winnings to be withdrawn . customer service repeats the same like its been read from a script. the reason they gave me was my bank details are wrong . and they want me to believe that i have entered my very own bank details wrong for 1000 times.. its just a SCAM

Very worst site. I made a 10000₹ deposit through UPI, didn’t credited to casino wallet. Every time they say it’s safe. But after 21days they said it didn’t reach their account. Ask me to contact bank. Money credited to their agent accounts. I bank can’t do anything because already too late and money transferred through UPI. Never trust this website. You will loose money. Their customer support service very poor.. i have deposit the amount by upi and my bank have confirmed that it's a successful transaction or after even they raise the dispute on transaction.. while this it was a successful transaction..casino days had assured me that u will get refund in 15 days.. but there's is no refund or neither they are giving me reply.. I have never saw that over the 1 month the transaction have not settled .. there merchant get my money .. ther is 1 month complete but I don't get my money.. and you will never ever win their site.. they don't have lower tables for blackjack.. they have only 5000 tables for blackjack and very limited.
