The customer support at Bet Inferno could do with a considerable improvement.
The live chat channel is available 24/7, however on three separate occasions I was told there was a wait of around ten minutes... and then no support agent connected with me once I got to the front of the queue.
There is an email alternative - [email protected], but even the operator themselves admit that it may take up to 12 hours for messages to be seen.
To make matters worse, there's not even an FAQ section on the site to help out.
